Gauges broken?

I replaced my stock gauge faces with some custom gauge faces. I removed the needles to put them in and then I put the needles back in. I hooked up the cluster and none of the gauges are working. The lights do work on the cluster though. Anybody have any ideas?

are the needles even removeable?
i know when i tried to install crx indiglo guages on my civic i couldnt take off the needles and it said i shouldnt.

i did however happen to brake off the pin that holds up the tach needle so now my tach is way off, so i just said F IT, ITS NOT THAT IMPORTANT AND IS FRIGGIN COLD!

my bro returned them for me [he bought them as a christmas gift] and i never got the cash or another gift [bastard, but whatever]

yeah man i when i did them on a 2000 honda i did not no that, so i took the needles off and well they don't cum off, i had to get all new gauges, luckly i new a guy at honda and i gave him mine and he gave me new ones. you should just slide them over the needels and don't screw them on to tite.
